.Homemade Profiteroles.
Straight from Mrs BC's kitchen


I was lucky enough get my hands on Mrs BC's freshly baked profiteroles.  Each choux is baked with her signature care & precision then generously piped with vanilla crème patissière and lovingly dipped into a Lindt chocolate ganache.  Oh delish, bon appetit!
